It was such an exciting brief and you totally nailed the menu approach and design for this. The tasting was a total triumph and I know that from the point the client was already blown away.

There were so many catering moments across the weekend from breakfasts, a knock-out dinner, food stations, late-night, and the crew food machine. A serious production that you handled effortlessly.
